Built on one level, the villa offers 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Decorated in light neutral tones, it is fully furnished with the finest quality contemporary decor. The floors are made of stone with fossilized shell and marble detailing and the interiors offer Red cedar hardwood doors and window frames.

Centrally air-conditioned, the living areas offer ocean views and both the living and dining rooms open up to a furnished terrace and Pergola of redwood rounded beams.

The villa offers a complete entertainment system complete with Bose Lifestyle 12 sound system and indoor/outdoor speakers.

The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and custom made maple cabinetry. Cooks will enjoy the top of the line stainless steel appliances to include a Subzero refrigerator/freezer and Viking gas double oven.

The villa provides two master suites that feature ocean views, walk in closets and elegantly appointed sumptuous master baths. All of the bedrooms offer 27' Sony TV/DVD players. All baths include handmade Mexican ceramic tiles and stone flooring and walls as well as hardwood cabinetry.
