Description
Manta Ray consists of five very luxurious beachfront apartments/condos perched on a bluff just above a secluded beach. They offer uninterrupted views out to the Caribbean Sea and are set amidst tropical gardens.
Apartment #1 is a 4,150 square foot four bedroom duplex located on the ground floor. The interiors are tastefully done and finished to the highest specifications. The unit offers soothing pastel colors, travertine marble floors, coral moldings, granite countertops and a dramatic curved iron staircase. The interiors offer a mixture of traditional and contemporary furnishings and artwork.
The furnishings are well chosen and designed to complement Caribbean living but with all modern luxurious such as a 42' Plasma screen TV with full surround sound and cinema system, flat screen televisions and DVD players in 3/4 of the bedroom, wireless internet, Satellite TV, music system and air-conditioning throughout.
Two of the spacious bedrooms are located on the fist floor and have en-suite bathrooms. An additional two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Large wrap around balconies and patios on both floors provide wonderful areas to relax.
The unit, also, boats it's own landscaped outside private plunge pool located off the ground floor patio and there is a larger communal pool located just a few yards away for the more energetic guest.
Steps lead from the communal pool to the beach and a good swimming area.
